Yzerman's 'Senior Advisor' Move Is a Demotion in Disguise
A senior-advisor title and a warm sendoff read like a tribute. Strip the language away and it's a reassignment: the man who built the roster no longer decides who fixes it, or what happens to Dylan Larkin.
Detroit's Johnston Ask Is a Message, Not a Trade Offer
Dallas heard the ask and shot it down out of hand. Minnesota heard Boldy or nobody. Two rejections, one pattern: Yzerman is not selling his captain, he is pricing him off the market.
